3/2002 - present, For children and adult divisions, I am "in the corner" for my team members when they fight. My voice tends to be heard above the noise and pandemonium, I've been told! :) This kind of support for the team makes a big difference. Fighting in competition can be a lonely experience. You, and you alone can win or lose. Your training alone will either prove itself or it will fail you. With a solid coach in the corner, you get level-headed advice, intelligence on the physical and emotional state of the opponent, and critical information on the scoring and time left in the match.
